Ben is a creative leader specializing in brand building, film making, art direction, and design. He has been making and overseeing award winning advertising and branding for over 16 years.

Ben currently works @Apple on the global advertising team.  Previous adventures include four years at Wieden+Kennedy Portland, and four years as a freelance Creative Director on both coasts of North America. 

He has led and created campaigns for technology companies, fashion brands, and Grammy winning musical artists. Creating everything from fully integrated campaigns to 7 second TikTok ads.

Ben is an advocate for diverse perspectives and backgrounds. He strives to foster an environment of collaboration amongst his team members. He frequently mentors younger creatives and volunteers for a variety of social causes.

In his spare time, he enjoys tinkering and painting in his studio with his kids, cooking new foods, and most recently talking about himself in the third person.

Ben has launched and managed integrated campaigns for brands including; Apple, Coca-Cola, Old Spice, Google, Nike, Levis, American Eagle Outfitters, Old Navy, Microsoft, Adidas, Columbia Sportswear, Target, Dodge, and Proctor & Gamble, Electronic Arts, Stand Up to Cancer, Brooks Running, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.

He been fortunate enough to work with some of the world’s finest creative agencies, directors, photographers, and designers: Media Arts Lab, 72andSunny, Anomaly, Crispin Porter+Bogusky, Creature, FCB, SidLee, Instrument, AKQA, Farm League, Somesuch, Park Pictures, MJZ, Radical, and Anonymous.

Ben’s work has been recognized around the world and awarded some of the industry’s highest accolades including:  Gold and Silver Lions from Cannes, Best in Show from the Art Directors Club, Gold Cubes from ACD, Yellow and Wood Pencils from D&AD,  a few Webby’s thrown in for good measure, and countless others that he won’t make you suffer through because we all know it’s really not about the awards but they are nice to talk about on pages like these.
